The cause of the delta-configuration and the A-configuration sunspot groups, and the phenomena of the filaments and material falling down above the sunspot are explained based on dynamical effects. The contraction, deformation and break of the fluid mass take place under the influence of magnetic ring force. The magnetic fluid motion above AR is due to the dynamical effects of the sunspot magnetic flux ring, and the magnetic fluid motion is characterized by two vertical circulations on both sides of the symmetrical plane, which is the zero plane of the longitudinal magnetic field.
