Assuming isospin symmetry of structures in mirror nuclei, the four terms of the title in M1 transitions have been decomposed by comparing the strengths of analogous M1 transitions in Tz=+/-1/2 nuclei and Gamow-Teller transitions, which are caused only by the isovector-spin term.
