A model is presented in which gravity and electroweak interactions are
described in a unique framework. As a consequence very massive particles
(of masses approximately 369 and 520.3 GeV) with intermediate
W(mu)-W(mu) and W(mu)-Z(mu) interactions are predicted. This new
interaction is the short-range counterpart of gravitational interaction.
