For the relativistic Kepler-Coulomb problem, a rotating
Laplace-Runge-Lenz vector is constructed as an extension of the
well-known conserved vector for the Kepler-Coulomb problem. Motion of
the turning point in the precessing orbit is analyzed from the
considerations on the coordinate systems related to the rotating vector.
