The characteristics of the quasar 1928+730 and its relativsitic jet are
discussed. The relativistic effects involved and the focusing of the jet
are explained. Planned observational studies are addressed which may
help to elucidate the mechanism whereby the electrons which are the
source of the jet's synchrotron emission get their energy.
