The effect of Lorentz forces on the motion of an axisymmetric satellite with respect to the mass center in the case of resonance is analyzed under the assumption that the satellite moves in an equatorial orbit with a small eccentricity. Particular attention is given to the principal 1:1 resonance, where the frequencies of the precessional and orbital motion of the satellite coincide.
