The INCA Data Base contains all proposed stars, including survey stars (around 210000 stars). It is a subset of the SIMBAD Data Base of the Centre de Données Stellaires, Observatoire de Strasbourg. The information contained within the INCA Data Base is described for SIMBAD stars and non SIMBAD stars. Then, some remarks are given on software, SIMBAD software as well as specific INCA's.
