We present a first theoretical study of a merging of diabolical points in the context of superconducting circuits. We consider a Cooper Pairs Pump whose diabolical points are already well-known and at the root of the pumped charge quantization. This study provides {\it en passant} an analytically solvable four-level model which, in the future, could serve as theoretical pattern for the merging of such points.
