A recurrent method is developed for the approximation of the extremals, determining the behavior of a dynamic system at the fast transition from a given initial phase state into a final one, taking into accout the constraints on the motion characteristics of the systems. On the basis of a modification of the one-dimensional Pontryagin regulator to a two-dimensional system, one obtains the solution of the problem of spacecraft-satellite rendezvous.
