An exact solution to the equations of relativistic gas dynamics describing two-dimensional steady flows that depend only on the angular variable is analyzed. In the nonrelativistic limit, the solution is shown to reduce to the well known Prandtl-Mayer solution. An exact solution describing the Prandtl-Mayer flow of an ideal gas with an arbitrary isentropic exponent is obtained here by directly integrating the equations of relativistic gas dynamics.
