Lognormality of the distribution of copper and zinc in thermal waters is shown. The pH plays an important role in the distribution of zinc: the concentration of zinc is higher in waters of pH below 5 than in those of pH above 5. The copper content, however, is not influenced by the pH. The distribution of copper is controlled probably by the oxidation-reduction potential.
