BR1202-0725 is a radio quiet quasar at z=4.7. The quasar has an optical companion which seems to be a star forming galaxy. Huge amount of molecular gas was also detected toward the quasar and the gas distribution shows a double peak structure. Thus the system is considered to be under an intense starburst phase and also may be in a dynamically assembling phase. I will present our recent observational results for this system; a narrow band imaging for [OII]3727 emission with Subaru, CO (2-1) and radio continuum imaging with VLA, and CO(7-6) and CI observations with Nobeyama Millimeter Array. I would like to discuss physical conditions of this system as well as a possibility of the gravitational lensing.
