The Computer Controlled Optical Surfacing (CCOS) and testing procedures to make Three Mirror Anastigmat (TMA) telescope are presented in details. The difficulties in polishing and testing for both circular aperture and rectangular aperture mirrors are previewed, and a new fabrication method is proposed. The three mirrors have been polished by means of CCOS, the final accuracy is better than 13 nm rms. This result just meets the optical tolerances specified by the designer, and the manufacturing and testing method presented here could be an useful technology to make large off-axis aspherical mirrors.
