The gravitational collapse of a radiating sphere consisting of a heat conducting fluid with shear-free and radial motion is investigated. The exterior region of the sphere is described by the Vaidya metric while in the interior we suppose that there exists a flux of neutrinos which is described by a null dust term in the energy-momentum tensor. A particular model based on an exact solution of the Einstein field equations for the interior of the sphere is studied.
