The AGASA is the world largest air shower array of 100km^2. It has been stably operated more than 10 years. The highlights of observational results from AGASA experiment will be reported. The extension of the energy spectrum beyond the GZK cutoff was observed by the AGASA. This result may suggest the new physics or the new astrophysical phenomena. The detail of energy determination procedure and its systematic errors will be also discussed. Another highlight is the discovery of the cluster of events in the arrival direction distribution of ultra high energy cosmic rays(UHECR). This result indicates the existence of nearby point sources of UHECR. By observing these clusters in detail, we can study not only the origin of UHECR but also the magnetic field structure of our galaxy and inter galactic space.
