The HiRes experiment is the worlds largest operating fluorescence detector, with an instantaneous aperture of 10,000 km^2 sr. It consists of two sites, HiRes I and HiRes II. The two sites are designed to operate in stereo with simultaneous observation of event energy and shower development curve. We report on the UHE cosmic ray spectrum from four years of operation of HiRes I (monocular), one year of operation of HiRes II (monocular) and one year of stereo observation. All three spectra show clear evidence for an ankle structure in the spectrum at an energy near 3 x 10^18 eV, followed by a harder spectrum. The harder spectrum continuing past 10^20 eV is evidence either for nearby point sources of UHECR or more exotic physics. Data on the spectrum, composition and anisotropy of these events will be presented.
