HD92945 is a K1V star initially reported by Silverstone to have an IR excess associated with the presence of a debris disk. It has subsequently been confirmed as an IR excess source by the MIPS science team. New coronagraphic observations made with the Advanced Camera for Surveys (ACS) reveal a resolved debris disk, seen in reflected light. We will discuss these new observations and place them in the context of recent debris disk observations.
