If there exists an invisible axion, it is likely that its superpartner,
the axino, is lighter than the photino, and consequently, the photino
can decay into axinos and photons. We derive the cosmologically allowed
photino masses for this case of unstable photinos in terms of the
Peccei-Quinn symmetry breaking scale.
