It is attempted to show by means of simple assumptions about the nature of physical parameters and of the universe that cosmological coincidences may be derived in a logically coherent scheme. The procedure employed yields also a very reasonable limit for the mass of an elementary particle expressed in terms of fundamental constants. An extension of the procedure leads to an expression for the fundamental electric charge.
