Observations in Baade's Window were obtained with the Wide Field Camera of the Hubble Space Telescope. A single field was observed with an integration time of 3600s through the F555W filter and 4000s through the F785LP filter. Stars down to V ~ 23 can be reliably detected, although it is difficult to estimate completeness for the faintest stars. We present and discuss a color- magnitude diagram and a luminosity function of the bulge population. The bulge appears to have a luminosity function comparable to that found in globular clusters. Results from several photometric techniques will be presented and compared.
