This paper deals with the study of a mixture of reacting and coupled two perfect fluids flowing with two distinct four-velocities denoted by uα1 and uα2 and with the determination of the acoustic modes speeds in such a two-fluid system. The Lorentz factor a=uα1u2α, associated with the relative three-velocity vr of the rest frames of the two fluids, is introduced as a thermodynamical variable. It plays a key role in this study. The interaction via the parameter a is effective and evidenced by the modified thermodynamical variables such as the internal energy eA, the pressure pA, the enthalpy fA, etc.
