The nature of the low temperature ground state of the pyrochlore compound Tb2Ti2O7 remains a puzzling issue. Dynamic fluctuations and short-range correlations persist down to 50 mK, as evidenced by microscopic probes. In parallel, magnetization measurements show irreversibilities and a glassy behavior below 200 mK. We have performed a magnetization and AC susceptibility study on single crystals down to 80 mK, and we show that i) no evidence of the magnetization plateau suggested in the quantum spin ice model is observed down to 80 mK. ii) the AC dynamic behavior seems to be intrinsic, shows frequency dependent features up to 4 K and cannot be described by a canonical spin-glass behavior.
