The algorithm and results of calculations are given of the instantaneous, diurnal and annual insolation at the upper boundary of the atmosphere for the planets. The seasonal fluctuations of insolation in different planetographic latitudes are created by inclination of the Equator with respect to the plane of the planet's orbit and by eccentricity of the orbit. When the angular parameters of the orbit are not equal to zero phase shifts appear in the seasonal fluctuations relative to the longitude and inclination of the sun and asymmetry arises in the seasonal insolation of the northern and southern hemispheres.
