The nature and spatial distribution of the 14-day lunar tides in the world oceans are investigated on the basis of the numerical solution of the linearized equations of tidal dynamics, where the unknown values of mean velocity and ocean level are represented by harmonic functions of time. A chart is presented indicating the phase and amplitude relations of real and static 14-day tides in the world oceans.
