Photometric observations of 32 Cyg made at four observatories between November, 1974 and January, 1975 are presented. The reference stars are 26 Cyg and 31 Cyg. The U-curve indicates that totality occurred over 5 to 6 days, with mideclipse falling close to the predicted time. The minima of the eclipse are 0.025 mag in V, 0.118 mag in B, and 0.886 mag in U. Results are compared with those reported for the 1971 eclipse (Saito et al, 1972), and variations in the duration of totality and the brightness of the K component of 32 Cyg are discussed.-
