We present an investigation of the dynamical stability of infinitesimal, incompressible, homogeneous, self-gravitating fluid bodies moving in circular equatorial orbits around a Kerr black hole. For near-photon orbits, instability (tidal disruption) sets in at the Roche-limit point. For the last stable orbit, instability sets in for a certain configuration somewhat more distorted from sphericity than the Roche-limit configuration.
