An overview is presented of the NASA Gravity Probe B (GP-B) program to measure two effects that Einstein's relativity theory predicts. GP-B will attempt to determine if earth is exerting the geodetic effect and frame dragging that Einstein hypothesized. The GP-B instrument containing four near-perfect spinning spheres and a telescope that keeps the instrument focused on a reference star is described.
