A dramatic temperature dependent enhancement of U 5f spectral weight at $E_F$
is observed in angle-resolved photoemission measurements of $URu_2Si_2$ at the
center of an X-point hole-pocket. Comparison of this temperature dependent
behavior for excitation both at and below the U $5d \to 5f$ resonant threshold
is presented.
