A spinning test particle around a Schwarzschild black hole or Kerr black hole shows a chaotic behavior, if its spin is larger than a critical value. This chaotic behavior will affect on the observation of the gravitational waves emitted from it. We study the stability of circular orbits of spinning test particle around a black hole and discuss whether or not some peculiar signature of chaos appears in the gravitational waves emitted from such a system. We show a new instability of a circular orbit due to relativistic spin effect and chaotic signatures in energy spectrum of the gravitational waves.
