A spectrophotometric study of absorption cells of the calcium chromosphere has been made on the basis of the high resolution spectra lines of H and K Ca II reduction. These spectra have been taken with the Pamir solar telescope. The results obtained enable the authors to make a conclusion that the intensity decrease, observed in some cells is due to a real decrease of the chromosphere's temperature inside these cells.
