Solar Radio Radiation: Solar Activity Cycles
Scientific paper
Spatial peculiarities at the wavelengths 9.1 and 21 cm obtained from radio maps for 1970 - 1973 are investigated. The main results of this work are as follows: the distances between regions of radio emission generation increase at 9.1 and 21 cm during the declining phase of the solar cycle; there are radio sources only on radio maps at the wavelength 21 cm (T21 > 105K) that do not correlate with spot locations and even plage locations; the number of low frequency bursts increases and the number of wide range bursts decreases during the declining phase of the solar cycle. These results indicate an active region re-arrangement during the declining phase that is accompanied by other burst activity.
