The extraction of the CKM matrix element Vcb using the semileptonic decays /line {B} 0 -> {D}*+ l bar ν at LEP is reviewed. The major systematic error comes from the background process /line {B} -> {D}**0 l bar ν . Measurements of /line {B} -> {D}**0 l bar ν performed at LEP are reviewed, with emphasis on a new OPAL result.
