A fine analysis of the intermediate He-star CPD 46 deg-3093 was carried out by means of LTE model atmosphere techniques and spectroscopy of 20 A/mm spectrograms in the range of 3600-4900 A. The derived parameters include an effective temperature of 26,000 K, log g equals 3.95, n(He) equals 0.27, and radial velocity of 50 + or -10 km/s. The minimum distance is 1400 pc, the minimum mass is 3.7 solar masses, and the minimum radius is 3.4 solar radii. Apart from H and He, the elements Si, Mg, and O show abundance anomalies, with O being extremely underabundant. Deviations from circular velocity in the galaxy are small. The star shows variability in H-1 and He-1 lines like Be-stars. Most probably it is a young object near the main sequence and is a rapidly rotating variable He-rich star like Sigma Ori E.
