We have measured in the laboratory the spectra of deuterated isotopologues of glycolaldehyde: the three mono-deuterated ones (CH2OD-CHO, CHDOH-CHO and CH2OH-CDO) and one dideuterated derivative (CHDOH-CDO) in the ground vibrational state. We used a solid-state submillimeter-wave spectrometer in Lille with an accuracy for isolated lines better than 30kHz to acquire new spectroscopic data between 150 and 630GHz. We measured around 900 new lines for each isotopologue and determined spectroscopic parameters. Each table (2 to 5) contain all measured lines of CH2OD-CHO, CHDOH-CHO, CH2OHCDO and CHDOH-CDO respectively. For each quantum numbers, frequency, residual (obs-calc), assumed experimental uncertainties and intensity weighting for blended lines are given.
