In collaboration with the BATSE, ASCA, and RXTE/ASM teams, RXTE/PCA has
been making quick response observations of GRB afterglows since June
1997. Two X-ray afterglows were detected from the RXTE/PCA observations
of GRB970616 and GRB970828. In this paper, we present our procedures and
strategy for quick response observations and the results.
