Rotational de-excitation rate coefficient of HF(ji=>jf) are given in Table 1 for the initial rotational levels ji=9,8,7,6 and in Table 2 for the initial rotational levels ji=5,4,3,2,1 as a function of temperature in cm3/mol/s the first column gives the transition from ji->jf in the format ji-jf the 9 next columns give the associated rate coefficient for the following temperatures in Kelvin : 0.1 1 10 30 50 80 100 200 300 The energies of the HF rotational levels in the ground vibrational level necessary to calculate the excitation rate coefficients are given in Table 3
