An analysis is made of the electroweak model for Dirac massive neutrinos, with emphasis on the interactions of the right-handed neutrinos and their consequences in cosmological problems. It is found that if right currents do not exist, no thermal equilibrium can occur for light right-handed neutrinos at temperatures lower than 100 GeV, and it is inferred that a lower bound exists on the ratio between left-handed and right-handed neutrino temperatures after the left-handed neutrino decoupling. The ratio may be evaluated using the entropy conservation law.
