By the use of the gauge-invariant expression for the temperature fluctuations ΔT/T of the cosmic background radiation, the value of ΔT/T over the intermediate-angle scale (10arcmin ⪉ θ ⪉ 2°) is calculated for modern cosmological models with non-luminous dust-like matter. The approximate expression for the ΔT/T correlation function covering all angles is proposed, too.
