Astrolabe Observations: Methods Of Reduction

An international cooperation observation and research of Photoelectric Astrolabe Mark I (PA I) between Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory and East-Siberian Research Institute for Physics and Radio Engineering Measurements has been carried out for more than three years, and two observing programs have been finished, as well as two astrolabe catalogues which cover the declination span of more than 65 degrees (from 8.9° to 74.2°). All the data observed by the PA I in Irkutsk were reduced with Hipparcos Catalogue, giving observing precision, precision of star position corrections and some systematic errors analysis.
