The close relation between constants of motion in single-particle dynamics and free flux functions of ideal fluid dynamics near a rotating black hole is shown. Maxwell's equations are exactly solved for axisymmetric quasi-neutral plasma equilibria of constant temperature in a Kerr metric. The remaining fluid equations for particle densities and stream functions χj have been solved algebraically for an electron-positron plasma with nonrelativistic poloidal velocity, using two different sets of flux functions. Equilibria with relativistic ions lead to a single equation for χi which can be solved by a modified Grad-Shafranov code.
