The cloud D within the Vela Molecular Ridge complex is a very active star forming site, up to intermediate-mass stars. H2 observations showed both small- and large-scale jets. Their driving sources, identified by means of Spitzer-MIPS observations are low-mass isolated and intermediate-mass clustered objects, respectively. In this poster we show our results on outflows' physical parameters (mass, momentum, kinetic energy) from APEX observations and we correlate them with those measured in the H2 jets.
