The phase pattern of Pc3 pulsations along a meridian connected with fast-magnetoacoustic-wave propagation is analyzed. The phase velocities of these pulsations due to an additional latitude-dependent phase shift amount to 5-30 km/s; the velocities are directed toward the pole at low and high latitudes, and away from the pole at the plasmapause latitude. The phase pattern of Pc3 pulsations at the earth surface consists of two parts: constant and variable.
