The effect of Pauli spin paramagnetism on the mixed state in the "npe"-phase of a neutron star is considered. The drag of superfluid protons by rotating superfluid neutrons is also taken into account. It has been shown that the Fulde-Ferrell state cannot exist in a neutron star with hard equation of state. The value of second-order transition field Hc2 decreases. The characteristics of a type II proton superconductor are calculated as functions of density.
