During Mar. 20 to Apr. 3 of 1986, a photometric monitoring for the Halley's comet at optical and near infrared regions was made. It is shown that Halley's comet had a remarkable outburst after Mar. 20 but before Mar. 26 (perhaps on Mar. 22). During the outburst magnitudes in 3650A (cont), 4060A (C3), 4260A (CO+) and 4845A (cont) and J, H, K bands were much brighter than before and after. Characteristics of variations in all observed wavelengths and possible explanations for phenomena during the outburst are demonstrated.
