The quantum-vortex model of relativistic jet activity of quasars, radio galaxies, and active galacitc nuclei proposed by Fomin is elaborated. In the framework of this model, energy and angular momentum fluxes along the relativistc jets are calculated. The fluxes are due to propagation of relativistic torsion waves in a bundle of quantized vortices generated in quark-antiquark vacuum condensate by the rotating black hole. Based on the formulae derived, the authors estimate the possible variety of jet activity energetics of quasars and less powerful similar objects.
