The presence of a longitudinal magnetic field is shown to lead to the appearance of an additional component of the frequency spectrum of linearly polarized emission. This component is proportional to the spectrum of normal waves phase difference fluctuations. Such an effect may be detectable in case of low frequency radiation propagation through the solar corona and chromopshere, gaseous and molecular clouds, H II zones. When a non-polarized radiation propagates in a statistically isotropic random magnetic field, the emergent radiation fluctuations take place in a circularly polarized spectrum component.
