Large scale electric field in the solar coronal post flare loops can give rise to the electron Bernstein mode instability development in hot magnetoactive plasma. The case of long wavelength perturbations is studied, when Landau damping is substantially less than collision one. It is shown, in stationary scenario, when electrons do not pass into the 'runway' regime, instability development and Bernstein mode generation are possible at the frequency of second harmonic. For the second harmonic and the field values EB0 (initial for the beginning of instability), close to the value Ethetacr of critical Dreiser field, the time of instability development appears to be approximately 0.001 to 0.03 sec.
