A possible mechanism of the creation of inhomogeneous baryon density distribution from a first order cosmological phase transition is discussed in a phenomenological model of QCD. Two observable signatures of the inhomogeneous cosmology are proposed: To detect primordial material containing heavy elements from carbon to iron with the abundance level relative to the solar, log{N(A)/N(H)}/{(N(A)/N(H)}solar = -6 to -4. To hunt strange quark matter nuggets which are taken to be a kind of baryonic dark matter and may exist in the present Universe with an amount comparable to Ω ~ 0.01-0.2.
