An analysis is made of trajectories asymptotic with respect to the equilibrium position of an autonomous Hamiltonian system with two degrees of freedom. The results obtained are used to study the motion of a dynamically symmetric satellite with respect to its mass center in a central Newtonian gravitational field in circular orbit. The existence of satellite motions that are asymptotic with respect to regular precessions is investigated, and the first terms of the series representing the corresponding solutions are found for the case of cylindrical precession.
