The paper reports results of a spectral analysis of time series of ionospheric observations obtained at Alma-Ata in the one-minute regime on 3, 4, 8, 9, and 10 March 1990 during the passage of the solar terminator, morning and evening. The results suggest that small-scale turbulent structure can form in the ionosphere during the terminator passage.
